Well, today was busy with work and not much else.  Got up before 7 and threw a load of wash in the washer.  After 8, started work brushing lacquer onto songbook racks that we are making for the folding chairs in church.  Got down with one coat and cleaned up around 12:30, went inside and got lunch and ate it.  Came back out, sanded, and brushed a second coat on the racks.  Got done a little after five.

It did rain this evening, it's rained off and on the last two days.  My US News came today, and had an interesting article on education online.  There are two sites it talked about that offer free textbooks textbookrevolution.org and textbookmedia.com .  So I looked those up and they do have free textbooks.  Interesting.  Also the magazine had a small article about the shooting in the West Nickel Mines Amish School.  It said the Amish organized a "charity fund for the victim's loved ones" and that they "included Robert's (the killer) family as recipients."  Now that's Amazing.
